¡Bienvenidos, Fellow Latin Dance Lovers! Join us on our dance-themed adventure in South Florida – we are confident you will have an amazing experience!
Over the course of seven days, we will immerse you in the dance culture of U.S.’s unofficial gateway to Latin America. This trip covers different Latin dances: salsa, bachata, merengue, and more. Based in Miami, we will also visit the Everglades and Key West during your stay.
This adventure is a great introduction for someone new to Latin dancing. Or, for the more advanced, you can show off your best moves in South Beach and Little Havana. We will have dance classes in the mornings before heading out for sightseeing and activities throughout Miami, the Everglades, and Key West in the late morning/early afternoons. At night, we will put on our best dancing shoes and practice our new skills in Miami’s hottest Latin clubs.
On our trips, we will have you dancing all the way to adventure!

Yani Mercedes, La Nueva Voz de la Salsa Presenta Su Sencillo Poco a Poco
Yani Mercedes la nueva voz de salsa, llega al mercado de la mano de su primera producción discográfica titulada “Dando Cara”, trabajo que resalta su potente voz a través de un conjunto de temas dirigidos al amor y a la superación. Su carta de presentación es su primer sencillo promocional el contagioso y sabroso tema “Poco a Poco”.
“Dando Cara” es un disco que tiene todos los elementos necesarios para destacarse y posicionarse rápidamente en el ambiente salsero. La producción contiene 8 temas: “Poco a Poco”, “Dando Cara”, Sueña, “Hechizo Mágico”, “Desesperado Amor”, “Soy la canción”, “Amante Exclusivo” y “Muñeca de Papel”.
“Todas las canciones las escogí pensando, “que queremos las mujeres?” “que deben los hombres saber?” Aunque hay muchos temas sobre el amor, para mí era importante cantar sobre la superación, como nos levantamos de momentos difíciles, nos limpiamos las lágrimas y seguimos hacia delante. Quería que éste, fuera un disco que sin importar el tema fuera rico musicalmente e incitara al oyente a bailar, a cantar. Alegría pal mundo es lo que quiero transmitir”, comenta Yani.
El disco fue producido por el talentoso productor y arreglista Eric Figueroa, con canciones inéditas de los autores Jhony Ortíz y Raúl Marrero. Además el tema “Sueña” fue producido por el gran maestro Cuto Soto. Contó con excelentes músicos del género como Richito Flores, Pablito “El Indio” Rosario, José Gazmey, Manolito Rodríguez y Furito Ríos, entre otros. Los coros estuvieron a cargo de Noel Rosado y El Cano Estremera.
El primer sencillo “Poco a Poco”, habla del desamor, la desilusión, ese espacio trágico en el que se cree que se acaba el mundo, y que las personas no sobreviven a tal pena y que pensamos que jamás volveremos a amar. Un tema de tristeza, fortaleza y victoria. Dice “levántate, cógelo un día a la vez y ya verás que poco a poco, todo va a estar bien”.
La mulata puertorriqueña de raíces cubanas, que en sus espectáculos se destaca por la utilización de un abanico de mano, participó por primera vez en la destacada tarima del Heineken Jazz Festival del 2011, en una colaboración en donde interpretó “Rinkinkaya” de Celia Cruz, lo que terminó destacándola en varios periódicos de Puerto Rico como un “hermoso deleite”. Por otro lado fue corista de varios intérpretes de este género, participando en producciones como “Los Cocorocos” con la Sinfonía Urbana y en “El que sabe, sabe” de Tego Calderón.
