Baile de Melao is now better than ever as we’ll now be hosting our amazing social every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month together with our new partnership with Bachata Rosa NYC.
We start off the night with a fun Salsa class by your co-host and instructor Garry Portugal accompanied by the amazing Nicole Vazquez from 9:30 to 10:15. At this time social dancing begins in the salsa room with one of today’s top NYC DJ’s in DJ John John BK spinning the hottest salsa, mambo, cha cha & guaguanco or you can attend a sensual Bachata class given by the ultra popular Bachata Rosa at 10:15. This class is given in basic, intermediate and master levels.
That’s Right! Baile de Melao now offers 2 Classes, 2 Rooms, 2 DJ’s, complimentary snacks, Live Afro-Cuban percussion, premium sound and lighting every 2nd and 4th Friday of the Month, Wepa!
